Dragster Scoop Mounting

Postby s10randy » Wed Feb 12, 2014 1:11 pm

Has anyone seen or used this product from J&J Performance out of Spencer, OH.

Joe West of J&J Performance is now manufacturing a patent pending 1 Bolt Scoop Tray Mount that does away with the 4 post stands on dragster scoop trays. J&J is already known for their Engine Diapers. The mounts will be available at JEGS and Summit in the next week or so and are currently available for 4500 series carburetors and soon to be released 4150 models. Pricing will be around $59.00 retail.

Any idea if there was a two carb tray planned? or does it use any tray and just secures it to the carbs?

Jegs sell Joe West parts . Jegs show a 2 carb set-up on their web-site. On jegs home page click on Hoods, Scoops & Body , then click on Hood Scoops & Plugs , and then you will click on J&J Performance One-Bolt Scoop Mount Kit. This will show you that set-up , but if you want it I would call Joe West at the contact number post earlier in the thread.
